What do you know, it's my birth month already! Thank You, Lord! June went by so fast because I think I procrastinated for the whole month. Sorry, my bad! But don't worry, I've been trying to psych myself to have a system and a routine again so I can be productive every single day. First on my list is to blog and write more about my life and my journey in faith. It will be our church's mid-year prayer and fasting starting tomorrow until Thursday, so I'm trying to prepare my mind and body so I will not struggle and think about what food I'll eat. Haha.
Anyway, a couple of days ago, I got scared. You know the feeling when your heart beats so fast, and then you get so sad, and you feel fear trying to embrace and cover your whole body. I felt that twice, and I immediately asked God for guidance and embrace because my worries are taking over me again. Then a few days later, I got reminded of His presence and power through Hillsong Young and Free's song entitled "Peace."
"There's a peace far beyond all understanding may it ever set my heart at ease. What anxiety fails to remember is peace is a promise You keep, peace is a promise You keep."
I always love God on how He gives me reminders that He is sovereign and powerful and that not even fear can stop His pleasing and perfect will for me.
